The survey was extensive and poured out things that needed to be looked into further. The survey cost £375 - it wasn't the cheapest that I was quoted but I feel that I got good value for money and a quality in depth survey. Alan was extremely professional and gave us enough information to alter our offer to ensure that we paid the right price.

If you are wanting actual value for money and a meaningful detailed report then I believe the service offered by Alan is first class and worth the additional cost. Very detailed report and is obvious he took his time to inspect the property and provide suggestions that have helped with my planned purchase. Money well spent in my opinion and will use again.
